Standard arrangement of 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the gear. The remaining balance must be paid at the time gear is picked up and/or prior to loading in to the event. In case of weather that may damage gear, SDS has the right to shut down gear until the company is satisfied with condition of the weather (outside events). Signing, sending the deposit, or returning this proposal, constitutes a work order and the required equipment and labor will be reserved. Electrical power must be provided where the sound will be placed. Also, if gear is loaded in for any reason and stays overnight, you must provide security as the purchaser is fully responsible for any damaged or stolen items. Please note that if no deposit is made, the date is not reserved.

A copy of the certificate of liability insurance must be provided day of pick up or when delivery is confirmed with Sound Design Studio listed as a certificate holder.
